How do I find my size?
No need! Sizing your nails is my job. Simply click this link, and read through the instructions.
What if my nails don't fit?
Since your press ons are custom made to the measurements provided in the photos, following the sizing rules is essential to avoid sizing issues. However, if your press on nails:
- end up being too big: simply file down the side walls (the edges) very lightly.
- are too round at the cuticle area: file that down very lightly to flatten it to fit your nail shape.
How do I order custom designs?
You can DM me on Instagram with your inspiration photos, alongside your preferred length and shape. We will discuss the design and I will provide you a quote!
What comes with my order?
Each order comes with:
- a free lip gloss with every nail set (if you order once with one nail set, you'll receive one lip gloss. If you order once with two nail sets, you'll receive two lip glosses, etc)
- a nail care kit, including a buffer, file, glue, sticky tabs, cuticle pusher, nail brush, and an alcohol wipe.
How long will my press ons last?
With proper care and prep, your nails will last up to three weeks, regardless of what application method you use.
How long will it take to ship my order?
Small orders: 3-5 business days
Big orders: up to 14 business days
This excludes weekends and public holidays. Orders may be shipped earlier depending on availability, and amount of other orders. (You'll be updated via email if there are any unexpected delays!) Please see my shipping policy for more information.
Do you accept returns?
Unfortunately, due to hygiene purposes, I do not accept returns, or refunds. Please see my return and refund policy for more information.
