Refund policy

ALL SALES ARE FINAL!

Due to the nature of my products, I do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges.

Hygiene and customisation:

  • For hygiene reasons, press on nails cannot be restocked or resold once they have left my studio.
  • Custom orders: because your nails are made to order based on your specific measurements and design preferences, I cannot accept returns for them.

Sizing responsibility:

  • I have provided a detailed Sizing Guide to ensure a perfect fit. 
  • It is the customer's responsibility to follow my guide accurately.
  • I am not responsible for sets that do not fit due to measurements provided by the customer.

Damages and issues:

  • Please inspect your order upon reception.
  • If an item is defective or damaged during transit, please DM me on Instagram within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage so I can evaluate the issue and make it right.
