ALL SALES ARE FINAL!
Due to the nature of my products, I do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges.
Hygiene and customisation:
- For hygiene reasons, press on nails cannot be restocked or resold once they have left my studio.
- Custom orders: because your nails are made to order based on your specific measurements and design preferences, I cannot accept returns for them.
Sizing responsibility:
- I have provided a detailed Sizing Guide to ensure a perfect fit.
- It is the customer's responsibility to follow my guide accurately.
- I am not responsible for sets that do not fit due to measurements provided by the customer.
Damages and issues:
- Please inspect your order upon reception.
- If an item is defective or damaged during transit, please DM me on Instagram within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage so I can evaluate the issue and make it right.
