Processing times:
- Standard shipping: 3-5 business days
- Express shipping: 1-3 business days
For large orders (3+ Sets): please note that ordering multiple custom sets in a single purchase may extend your processing time. Because every single nail is handmade by a single artist, larger orders require more time on the design desk. If your order contains 3 or more sets, please allow an additional 2–4 business days on top of our standard processing window for your entire package to be completed and dispatched.
During high volume periods: when we launch highly anticipated new sets, or during peak holiday seasons, our order queue can fill up incredibly fast. During these busy periods, our standard processing time may naturally extend up to 7–10 business days.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, a notice will always be posted on our website’s main announcement bar. We deeply appreciate your patience and support!
Shipping rates and delivery:
I currently ship Australia Wide ONLY, via AusPost. Estimated delivery within 3-7 business days after processing. International shipping coming soon!
Tracking your order:
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. Please ensure your shipping address is correct, as I cannot be held responsible for orders delivered to an incorrectly provided address.
